Front Desk Officer
- Negotiating and delivering customer value.
- Handle all request and complaints via email, by phone, or directly.
- Direct guests, patients, relatives and vendors to the appropriate department/ staff.
- Receive complaints and feedback from customers.
- Perform any other tasks assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Intermediate English speaking and listening skills.
- Japanese Speaker will be advantage.
- Confident, negotiable, flexible, high responsible, and independent.
