  • Negotiating and delivering customer value.
  • Handle all request and complaints via email, by phone, or directly.
  • Direct guests, patients, relatives and vendors to the appropriate department/ staff.
  • Receive complaints and feedback from customers.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Intermediate English speaking and listening skills.
  • Japanese Speaker will be advantage.
  • Confident, negotiable, flexible, high responsible, and independent.
