Age 38 – 45

Bachelor or Master degree in related field

Responsible for Human Resource Development, Organization Development and Employee Communication with more than 2,000 employees in both Bangkok and Rayong
-
Familiar with managing KPIs at all levels
-
Hands on experience in Performance Management, Learning & Development, Career Management, Core Values Reinforcement and other Organization Development Tasks
-
Manage in-house Professional Development Academy
-
Manufacturing background is a plus
-
Good interpersonal, good communication skills
-
Good English is a plus
