Responsibilities:

• Enhance the organizational learning and development by coordinating, facilitating, and delivering HR-related training programs. 
• Assess organizational development needs and employees' skills through the use of a series of methods including interviews, surveys and focus groups and make recommendations to business manager or HR business partner.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate organizational-level and department-level initiatives to support the corporate’s goals and objectives. 
• Establish partnerships and coordinate with department managers to diagnose and develop recommendations to support division-wide learning, staff development, leadership development, and performance-related needs. 
• Act as a change agent to integrate successful and strategic human capital practices into the organization. 
• Analyse and recommend initiatives to ensure competitiveness with market or internal business strategy. 
• Work as a business partner with business managers to create and monitor effective lifecycle training from on-boarding through career development. 
• Contribute to Human Resources special projects, Learning and Organizational Development initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in HR Management or related area
• A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience in the design and delivery of Learning and Organization Development programs.
• Has experience in strategic business planning, leading projects and providing effective work direction to others.
• Ability to communicate across levels of staff including senior leaders.
• Excellence in interpersonal skills
